Pruett, Ford and Associates, Inc. was originally founded in 1972 by J. Clay Coleman as a Professional Engineering firm specializing in mechanical building systems. In 1979, Robert E. Pruett became a partner in the firm, then referred to as Coleman, Pruett and Associates. Due to the growth of the business, the firm acquired corporation status in 1991. J. Martin Ford became a partner.
In 1994 and the firm name was changed to Pruett, Ford and Associates, Inc. In 2004, the firm expanded its operations with the opening of an office in Macon, Ga.
The business philosophy at Pruett, Ford and Associates is to serve each client on an individual basis, recognizing the client's individual needs and developing a long-term relationship which addresses those needs. Our emphasis is on the on-time delivery of engineering services in a manner that is sensitive to the client's needs.
