Healthcare facility ♦ 3 story ♦ 37,700 gross square feet

Mechanical Systems: Conventional Variable Air Volume (VAV) air handling systems with a pharmacy compounding clean room suite HVAC system consisting of a dedicated outside air unit delivering HEPA filtered low dewpoint air and hazardous compounding hood exhaust systems. Other HVAC subsystems included radiation oncology equipment cooling systems and IT data room equipment cooling systems.
