Project Description

K-8 educational facility ♦ 118,500 gross square feet

New K-8 school consisting of variable refrigerant flow (VRF) heat pump systems and energy recovery type dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS) as well as rooftop packaged gas/electric units for kitchen and gymnasium areas. Facility consists of conventional plumbing systems for classrooms, kitchen, and gym. Natural gas was utilized for water heating. Wet-pipe sprinkler system provided for entire school with multiple zones.
